Job Description

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at FreightAmigo Services Limited in Kowloon Tong. This is a full-time, 5-day work week position that will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the relocation process.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth relocation experience
  • Coordinate and facilitate the relocation process, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Proactively communicate with customers, providing regular updates and managing their expectations throughout the relocation
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process, providing creative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to customer interactions and the relocation process
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer experience by providing feedback and recommendations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the relocation, freight/cargo forwarding or related industry
  • High responsibility, Mature, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software tools
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, with additional language skills being an advantage
