Sales Officer (Sake business)

Job Highlights:

•  Good knowledge in sake, Kikisake-Shi certificate holder is preferred

•  Introduce sake to customers and arrange sake tasting events

•  Experiences in physical shop daily operation (e-Shop is preferrable)

•  Explore new business opportunities

Responsibilities:

•  Explore new business opportunities including preparation of sales strategic plan for business development

•  Provide professional advices and handle customer queries on selections of sake and arrange sake tasting events

•  Responsible for daily operation of physical shop and e-Shop

•  Arrange logistics, marketing activities, alcoholic drinks tasting and exhibitions

•  Initiate, plan, implement the online and offline marketing activities to support product promotion

•  Manage website content, digital platforms, and social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram) to build products’ awareness

•  Conduct market research & analysis for both new and existing projects

•  Prepare for regular reports on sales results, promotion results and marketing events

Requirements:

•  Minimum 2-year relevant sales and marketing experience preferably in alcoholic-related business

•  Sales presentation and communications skills

•  Knowledgeable about the latest local social marketing trends and digital marketing

•  Creative mindset with marketing sense

•  Proactive, self-motivated and responsible

•  Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

•  Passionate to learn about sake

•  Good knowledge in sake, Kikisake-Shi certificate holder is preferred
