IT Specialist

Job Descriptions

• Manage overall IT system such as company web page, local systems to be updated accurately to ensure smooth business operation;
• Manage Global system to ensure smooth business running such as SAP, DIVA, GLMS etc;
• Manage, monitor, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems, ensuring maximum availability of all production infrastructure and systems;
• Oversee and manage outsourced IT support supplier in resolving escalated technical issues related to system and network interruptions, and all user support issues;
• Create / Maintain IT SOP and Risk Management Plan to ensure the company information system, database and server are secured and well maintained.
• Ensure all IT equipment is covered by appropriate service, maintenance, and support contracts, which are registered and regularly reviewed;
• Ensure documented procedures exist and are followed for operational activities;
• Provide hands-on internal user support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software;
• Other corporate administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above;
• 2+ years relevant experience in IT Related field;
• Previous experience with AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments;
• Industry certifications are desirable (Microsoft, AWS, VMWare);
• Experience with SaaS and IaaS cloud solutions;
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application;
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology;
• Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery environments such as Veeam and NetApp backups;
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage.
