Your Impact

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our due diligence projects and fostering exceptional client relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal operations teams and become a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout every phase of the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about client service and due diligence to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growing organization.


A Day of Your Life

  • Provide Business-to-Business account servicing and sales support, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Act as a reliable contact point for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships while setting clear service standards to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive quotations, engagement letters, and tailored sales materials that align with client needs and company offerings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales services and timely delivery of products.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting business needs.


 What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the commercial sector or a similar client support role, demonstrating a deep understanding of client service processes.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities—comfortable interpreting complex data and drawing insightful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • High level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
