Job Description
⦁ Responsible for the production catalogue and regular updating of product catalogs, ensuring accurate and attractive information.
⦁ Handle the preparation of Tender quota, Quotations, Submission docs, Invoices, Delivery notes, and related documents, maintaining a sound document management system.
⦁ Contact Client to recommend and introduce related products.
⦁ Coordinate sample arrangements and shipment delivery to ensure client needs are met on schedule.
⦁ Perform routine clerical work, including correspondence writing, data entry, and filing.
⦁ Handle general office duties and need outside working.
Job Requirements
⦁ Basic English reading and writing skills are required, with the ability to handle business documents in both Chinese and English being a plus.
⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) common office equipment & knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
⦁ Meticulous and organized, with good time management skills and multitasking experience.
⦁ Service-oriented, proactive in following up on tasks and reporting progress to superiors.
⦁ Candidates with experience in building materials sales will be given priority.
