Position Overview

As our Business Development Manager at AEH, you’ll be at the forefront of driving expansion — spotting opportunities before others do, building strategic partnerships, and converting potential into performance.

We’re looking for a hunter — a strategic dealmaker who thrives on creating new business, breaking into untapped markets, and turning bold ideas into measurable wins.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact business development strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and expand market share.
• Identify, target, and win new B2B, corporate gifting, and partnership opportunities — from concept to close.
• Build and sustain relationships with key accounts, OEM clients, distributors, and strategic partners, always focused on growth outcomes.
• Lead negotiations, craft compelling proposals, and close deals that drive both short-term wins and long-term value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to co-create innovative, client-centric solutions.
• Continuously analyse market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to anticipate opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Qualifications

• A proven track record of winning — achieving or exceeding ambitious business development and sales targets in senior-level roles.
• A strategic thinker and hands-on executor — able to plan big and act fast.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident in engaging C-suite and key stakeholders.
• A natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts and a growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or similar advanced qualifications preferred).


Experience

Minimum 5+ years of business development or sales leadership experience, ideally in B2B, FMCG, lifestyle, or kitchenware sectors.
• Proven success in creating new markets, closing high-value deals, and building scalable revenue pipelines.
• Prior experience in the kitchenware industry or B2B sales opportunities and related sectors is advantageous.
