Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage the waiting list and seating chart, ensuring timely seating for guests.
• Take reservations and answer phone inquiries regarding dining options and wait times.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
• Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the entrance and dining area.
• Address guest complaints and feedback in a friendly and professional manner.
• Uphold health and safety standards and guidelines.

Requirement: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team player with a passion for delivering excellent service.
