RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Responsibilities

·         Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base

·         Developing and establishing long term relationships with high-net-worth portfolio

·         Provide expert advice and recommend personalized investment and wealth management strategies

·         Managing the total wealth of clients by mapping financial products and services to meet their needs, including but not limited to investment, insurance and other banking products

·         Identifying prospective financial needs of clients with genuine curiosity

·         Working closely with product specialists to provide professional advisory to clients

·         Referring prospective clients to other business units where appropriate

·         Adhering to local and global compliance by fulfilling audit requirements and quality assurance

·         Adhering to operational integrity and business principles as required

Requirement

·         Holder of bachelor degree, preferably in finance, business administration or related disciplines

·         Holder of IIQE Paper 1,2,3, 5 and HKSI Paper 1,7,8

·         Advanced knowledge of the financial markets, both investment and insurance

·         At least 5 years of client servicing experiences in banking or financial industry

·         Good connection with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients

·         Proven track record of successfully growing a client portfolio and delivering exceptional customer service

·         Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong

·         Good command of both verbal and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a definite plus

·         Strong sales and communication skills with strong analytical skills

·         Mature and independent, able to work under pressure 

·         Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills
