Job Description
- Degree holder in Property/ Facility Management or related diciplines is preferred
- 10 years relevant working experience with 3 years at managerial level
- Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification will be an advantage
- Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence is preferred
- Responsible, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements
