Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions:

• To assist all research and analysis for Hong Kong and overseas properties market.
• All Oversea (U.S.A. Japan) leasing operation and activities.
• Liaise oversea property agents to marketing our premises and keep contact talents.
• Responsible for conducting market research and feasibility studies on new business opportunities and analysis on market comparable.
• To prepare & research potential acquisitions and property development.
• To prepare financial modelling, evaluating potential asset acquisitions or property-related projects.
• Familiar to use social media platforms to do digital marketing research ( Google Ads,  TikTok Global, Douyin, Xiaohongshu  )
• Familiar to use AI apps for marketing design

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder from Marketing/ Real Estate / Surveying  or related discipline
• Young, energic and smart with professional research skills.
• At least 5 years’ working in oversea leasing experience preferably in the property developer .
• Proficiency English in spoken and written.
• Proficiency in computer operation in Microsoft application.
• Handle any ad hoc projects assigned by team head.
