Assistant Property Manager / Senior Property Officer

Responsibilities
 

• To handle inquiries and complaints from residents
• To assist in daily operations, liaison, administration, and handling documents

Requirements
 

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
• PMP License Holder will be preferred
• Minimum 3 year's working experience in property management in Hong Kong, preferably in site with The Incorporated Owners.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
