About the Role
MPEG (HK) Ltd is looking for a passionate Research Assistant (Mystery Shopper) to join our friendly team at our Lai Chi Kok office. This full-time position is all about exploring customer experiences and sharing valuable insights with our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support and Training: Help and train mystery shoppers

• Quality Reports: Keep our reports clear and accurate

• Market Research: Assist with various market research projects

What We're Looking For

• Good time management

• A responsible attitude and readiness to learn

• Eye for detail and great problem-solving skills

• Enjoy writing and creating reports

• Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a plus

• Higher Diploma or above is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome!
