Customer Service Officer

RESPONSIBILITY:-

• Handle daily customer enquiries, orders and delivery coordination
• Process sales orders and invoices accurately in ERP system
• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain customer records and update product and pricing information
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor / management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
• 1 - 3 years of customer service / order processing experience (F&B, hospitality, trading or logistic industry preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office and EPR system (experience in SAP will be advantage)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available preferred

Working location: next to Wong Chuk Hang MTR station
