Account Executive / Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Maintain and development relationships with customer.
• Development of sales quotations and product sampling
• Support marketing events such as trade shows
• Clarify and fulfil customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing information as requested
• Check and follow up on schedules and lead time for orders and shipments
• Process all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, prints and related documentation
• Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner; generate customer complaint report following required steps under ISO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering will be an advantage.
• 3 years or above relevant experience in product development or account management field
• Experience with connectors, components, cable assemblies or similar electro-mechanical devices - background in fiber optics a plus
• Ability to travel 50% to APAC.
• Excellent written & spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin

• Proficient with MS Office. Knowledge of Oracle - NetSuite a plus
