Director/ Associate Director (Valuation and Property Investment)

Key roles and responsibilities :

• Manage and provide real estate consultancy services, covering land administration, town planning, valuation, financial analysis and development feasibility.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including banks, financial institutions, developers, and government agencies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the department's client base and service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategy.

• Travel to the Mainland China and Asia-Pacific on required basis.

Requirements

• At least 8 years relevant experience; Member of RICS and/or HKIS (General Practice Division) is a plus;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin); and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).
• Candidates with less experience will be consider as property valuer
