Senior Analyst / Analyst – Valuation and Advisory Services

Job Duties:

• Assist senior manager/manager to conduct valuation analysis, develop valuation models and prepare valuation reports for business valuations, intangible assets valuations, financial instruments valuations, long service payment provision assessment, and expected credit losses assessment;
• Participate in various kinds of valuation engagement for various purposes, including M&A transactions for listed and private companies, financial reporting, strategic planning, HKEx listing rules compliance;
• Conduct relevant market, industry as well as technical research;
• Communicate and work closely with the clients (CEO, CFO and Directors) and other professional parties;
• Prepare proposal as well as marketing materials;
• Participate in business development and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• University graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, financial engineering or other related disciplines;
• Applicants with relevant experience in the valuation industry is preferred;
• Senior Analyst: more than 2 years of relevant experience in the valuation industry;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Good communication and written skills in both English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Excel;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
• Self-motivates, mature and willing to learn;
• Good team player.
