[Discovery] Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor

工作範圍 Job Description

• Responsible for all daily operations of the store
• Lead, develop and motivate the salespersons to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Analysing store performance, sales data, KPI and suggesting effective action plans to improve business performance
• Provide a high level of customer service and fashion advice to customers, and address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, fostering community engagement among outdoor and fashion enthusiasts while supporting activities that enhance customer satisfaction and elevate brand loyalty.
• Ensure product mix and inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales volume and control inventory.
• Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulations, operation policies and procedures.
• Conduct monthly coaching/counselling sessions with front-line staff to review performance and provide constructive and timely feedback.

職位要求 Job Requirements

• DSE/High School, diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years of work experience in the fashion retail industry, with at least 2 years of experience at a supervisory level
• Passion for fashion, proactive, good team player and service-oriented
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
