IT Support Specialist (5 days work, Shift/ Non Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside (maintenance) support on hardware, software and application for user
• Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary
• Provide network and server support (backup and monitoring), installation, UAT tester
• Assist in managing hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record
• Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 years IT support experience or above
• Knowledge of MS Windows, Office 365 and Exchange Mail
• Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end user support
• Experience in supporting Windows Server & Linux platform will be an advantage
• CCNA / MCP / MCSE holder is preferred, but not a MUST
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP
• Can work under pressure and independently
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred

Working Location:  

• Kwai Chung Container Terminal/ Chek Lap Kok/ Central/ Kowloon Tong/ Kwun Tong/ Whampoa

Working Hour:

• Monday - Friday with shift duty/ non shift
