Visual Merchandiser

Job Purpose:   

Responsible for window display and in-store merchandise presentation in accordance with company’s guidelines. 

Key Accountabilities: 

In addition to following Joyce’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Develop visual merchandising concepts including in-store display and window display; 

• Execute seasonal display, theme design and props-setting in retail shops; 

• Ensure corporate image and standards are maintained consistently and properly; 

• Communicate with vendor and adopt brand global VM guidelines to our display;

• Style mannequins and perform store remerchandising to optimize product presentation

Job Requirements:

• Strong passion for fashion

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Textile, Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising or a related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Prior internship/ job experience in luxury fashion industry is an advantage

• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred

• Proactive and able to follow tight timelines

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
