Job Description

• Outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with internal teams to understand project and documentation requirements
• Gather information to develop, organize, and write project documentation, technical specifications, and manuals independently
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, and to revise and edit the documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Translation or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ related work experience, fresh graduates who are determined to develop in IT industry also will be considered
• Proven ability to learn and understand complex topics quickly
• Excellent written skills in English
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development is an advantage
