职位描述

Positions: 

  • Technical Support (Helpdesk)
  • Diploma or above is preferred (F.5 graduate can apply Trainee)


Responsibilites:

  • Provide telephone support to customer
  • Provide basic technical email support to client
  • Monitor and Maintain Server

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn
  • Computer knowledge is an advantage
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferable
  • On-the-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
