System Engineer / Network Engineer

Responsibilities 

• Provide installation and maintenance support on network infrastructure and security products such as firewall, IPS, load balancer, SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, WiFi, switches, etc.
• Participate in project implementation
• Perform product and solution testing as need
• Prepare technical related documentation occasionally, e.g. technical procedures, project workflow, UAT document

Requirements 

• Degree holder / Higher diploma in any IT related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in network or security product support
• Experience with firewall or other security products will be an advantage, but not essential
• Possess CCNA or other networking certification preferred, but not essential
• Understand general technical problem solving techniques will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team member
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Job training will be provided
