职位描述

  • Responsible for IT helpdesk support, call handling, provide follow-up action, coordination and escalation
  • Monitor the system health status, network performance and security control
  • Maintain and monitor daily system operation on Linux and Windows OS
  • Work with infrastructure team to assist on Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of server and System OS
    • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline
    • At least 1 year working experiences on Linux and Windows OS platforms
    • Knowledge of network communication, VMware, basic scripting skill is a plus
    • Good communication, problem-solving skills, and willing to learn on new technologies
    • Experience in Installation/ Configuration of Linux and/or Windows OS and related
    • Experience in Installation/ Configuration of VMware, Cloud and related
    • Certification in Linux and/or Windows /VMware is an advantage
    • Training will be provided for candidates with less experience
