System Administrator / System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all servers backup, server maintenance, Wi-Fi, networking, configuration, and monitoring of IT equipment.
• Responsible for the overall in-house and branch sites IT problem.
• Responsible for MS 365 and SharePoint management.
• Provide technical support to end users and remote IT support if necessary.
• Inventory/Procurement/Licenses manage and control.
• Perform troubleshooting on computer system and network issues.
• Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities procurement and repairing.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computing Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT, with sound knowledge and skills to manage IT infrastructure (firewall, backup, servers, AD, NAS, SAN, VPN, VMware, PABX, Wi-Fi, Email system etc.)
• Experience in supporting Windows Server & Linux server with on-premises physical/virtual server or cloud computing platform.
• Experience in managing and supporting Azure, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Exchange Online
• Experience in managing MS Office 365 and SharePoint is a must
• Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis, mobile devices and end user support.
• Knowledge on IT security operation, End Point security will be an advantage.
• Knowledge on AD server setup and management will be an advantage.
• Knowledge on scripting Windows Power Shell will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, task management skills and able to work independently.
• Immediate available is preferred.
