Job Description

  • Prepare quotation, invoice, packing list and provide clerical support

  • Coordinate with supplier, customer and internal logistic department for goods delivery

  • Monitor Stock Level

  • Update Inventory system and ensure data accuracy

  • Coordinate with shipping company and courier for delivery arrangement

  • Sales forecasts management

  • Set up, manage and maintain document control

  • Handle Customs declaration

 

Requirement

  • Associate's Degree or above with 1 year of related working experience

  • Experience in overseas trading is a must

  • Independent, self-motivated and detailed minded

  • A strong sense of responsibility, sales-oriented attitude & ownership is required

  • Familiar with MS Office application

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
