職位描述

Job Duties: 

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory stock levels for data analysis to forecast component needs and replenishment schedules

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement and inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Identify issues and develop actionable plans to address any demand/supply gaps

  • Prepare regular inventory KPI report for Management review utilizing Power BI for visual data representation

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and ensure seamless operations

  • Assist in ad hoc as required by Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or inventory planning

  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP) or other supply chain software tools

  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Sensitive to numbers, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiar with MS Office application and experience in using with Power BI and Power Automate

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
