Senior Marketing Manager – Promotion and CRM

Are you a data-driven growth leader who thrives on delivering impact? We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will bring our promotion and retention strategy to the next level. You will lead a team to ideate, develop, and launch experiences that increase customer growth. You will develop and deliver promotion, content and communication strategies that grow our customer base continuously.

What You'll Do:

• You set a data-driven strategy for repeat customer growth
• You will grow the lifetime value of our growing customer base
• You develop, implement and oversee our promotion strategy
• You manage our CRM system and implement a high-performing CRM strategy
• You personalise promotions and communication to improve customer experience
•  You manage the personalisation road-map and coordinate with the engineering and design team
• You develop KPIs and monitor repeat customer performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• You will manage agencies, partnerships and budgets to help grow our top-line revenue
• You will further, develop our promotional strategy and manage our promotional calendar
• You will manage all our communication channels
• You will automate our communication on a personalised level
• You will analyse and monitor our customer base to develop compelling strategies
• You will analyse campaigns regarding their effectiveness in implementing improvements
• You develop compelling new campaigns to grow our loyal customer base
• You manage a CRM system together with other teams
• You manage, measure and develop our loyalty program

What You Have:

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in CRM marketing or customer lifecycle management
• Minimum of 4 years experience at a managerial level
• Built and maintained positive stakeholder relationships at all levels, delivering results and value
• Expertise in retail and B2C marketing is required
• Expertise with marketing automation tools
• Analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail
•  Promotion experience in overseas markets is a plus
•  Excellent communication skills and highly organised
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar
• Excellent English communication skills
