Sr. IT Infrastructure Specialist

• Maintain and optimize internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, databases and cloud environments.

• Support and troubleshoot issues related to networks and systems.

• Design network infrastructure solutions for LANs, WANs, security and wireless systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate the root causes of recurring issues and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance across platforms.

• Document technical processes and provide support to internal users.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend practical improvements.

• Support various projects including relocation project as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure operation management and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and cloud platforms.

• Strong understanding on IT security and data protection.

• Knowledge of Database Management Systems (e.g., Oracle) is advantageous.

• Experience in relocation project preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet defined schedules, deadlines, and KPIs.

• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Assistant Manager.
