Senior Vice President - IT

Responsibilities

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, etc.

Set up system accounts for new users

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware and network

Provide application support to front and back office users

Follow-up issues/requests and liaise with internal and external parties in a timely manner

Review records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issue with IT scheduled activities

Monitor and maintain internal systems and networks

Provide technical support to end users

Participate into projects and arrange testing when required

Requirements

Degree or higher diploma holder in information technology or related disciplines

At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in securities firms

Knowledge with a variety of networking, software, hardware, applications and securities trading and back-office systems

Experience with Virtual Assets/cryptocurrency platforms is highly advantageous

Familiarity with programming and scripting languages is a plus

Self-initiative, good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
