Senior System Engineer / System Engineer – Cyber Security

Amidas is a fast-growing IT System Integrator focusing on Enterprise Market in Hong Kong. We are expanding our Professional Service Team in different solutions area, including Digital Workspace, Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Management & Analysis. You will be part of the Professional Service Team to support our customers to make the project success.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers—covering endpoint protection, email & web security, DLP, SIEM, and more
• Participate in project rollout, system integration, data migration, and technical troubleshooting
• Collaborate with customers, technology vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
• Support post-implementation tasks including system tuning, maintenance, and upgrade planning

• Create high-quality technical documentation and operational handover materialsYour Job Duties:

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or cybersecurity engineering (more for senior roles)

• Familiarity with tools Cyber Security Tools would be an advantage:

o   Endpoint Protection (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro)

o   Email & Web Security (e.g., Microsoft EOP, Proofpoint, Zscaler)

o   Firewalls / VPNs / Cloud Security platforms

o   DLP Solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint)

• Experience in an SI or project-based IT environment would be an advantage
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and a team-player mindset
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
