Senior Secretary (P24123)

Duties:

• Serve a permanent position to a leading staff services company in Hong Kong;

• Provide personal assistant support for senior management and pooled secretarial support for sales team;

• Perform data entry, calendar management, business correspondence, filing, internal control and ad hoc administrative assignments;

• Provide documentation, office administration and maintain neat and tidy PC, physical filing systems and related office environment;

• Coordinate appointments, meetings, travel and update itineraries/Outlook calendars.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above academic qualification;

• Excellent written English skill e.g. major in English or related discipline in tertiary education; Level 4 or above in HKDSEE or Grade C or above in English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE, good result in IELTS or equivalent is a distinctive advantage; good ability to manage business English correspondence;

• Minimum 5 years' work experience, less experienced applicants with the right calibre may be considered as Secretary;

• Acquainted with MS Office and Windows; Chinese data-entry is a plus;

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and time management;

• Mature, career minded, able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
