Responsibility:
-Full ownership of local retail accounts (e.g., Wellcome, PARKnSHOP)
全面負責本地零售客戶(如惠康、百佳、藥房)之業務發展與管理
- Lead and develop the Hong Kong sales team, set targets, and drive performance achievement
管理及發展香港銷售團隊,設定團隊目標,推動業績達成
-Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels to boost brand exposure and sales
策劃並執行線上與線下整合推廣策略,提升品牌曝光及銷售業績
- Manage distributor partnerships including inventory control, sales initiatives, and market expansion
管理分銷商合作,包括庫存管理、銷售推廣及市場覆蓋擴展
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and distributors, formulating annual business plans and new product initiatives
與客戶及分銷商定期召開生意檢討會議,制定年度生意計劃及新品推廣計劃
-Perform in-depth analysis of sales data, industry trends, and competition to adjust strategies swiftly
深度分析銷售數據、行業趨勢及競爭態勢,快速調整市場策略
-Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless strategy execution
跨部門協作(行銷、供應鏈、財務等)確保策略執行到位
Requirements:
-University degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
大學學位,市場營銷、商業或相關學科
-Experience in managing offline retail accounts (e.g., Wellcome, PARKnSHOP)
線下(如惠康、百佳等零售客戶)業務管理經驗
-Experience in distributor management (sales driving, inventory control, channel expansion) is an advantage
有分銷商管理經驗(包括推廣推動、庫存管理及渠道拓展)優先考慮
-Experience in leading a sales team is preferred
有帶領銷售團隊的經驗優先考慮
-Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry
至少2年或以上快速消費品(FMCG)行業銷售經驗
-Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills
優秀的策略思考能力、數據分析能力及談判技巧
-Self-motivated, adaptable, and result-oriented under pressure
