Senior Associate – IT Department (System Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for our IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, cloud services, networks, and workstations
• Offer daily technology support on desktops, networks, applications and hardware
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Develop and maintain system documentation and network diagrams
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system integration and compatibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support in financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems
• Experience with server administration, network troubleshooting, and security protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
