Job Title: Senior AI Programmer

Job Scope:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:
  4-7 years of experience in AI programming, with a strong background in building and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.

• Technical Expertise in Python:
  Advanced proficiency in Python, with solid experience using backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Proven track record of implementing robust and scalable AI solutions.

• Experience with RAG Pipelines and Vector Databases:
  Strong experience working with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines and vector databases to support AI systems that handle unstructured data efficiently.

• In-depth Knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning Algorithms:
  Expertise in developing and fine-tuning machine learning models and deep learning networks for large-scale applications. Familiarity with common algorithms like CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and transformers.

• LangChain & Generative AI Experience:
  Extensive experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building applications around language models. Expertise in Generative AI techniques is essential for driving innovation in AI-driven business solutions.

• MLOps Best Practices:
  Knowledge of MLOps principles, including model versioning, monitoring, deployment automation, and managing model drift. Ability to integrate AI solutions into the larger IT and data ecosystem of the organization.

• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
  Ability to break down complex problems and design robust, scalable solutions. Strong debugging, optimization, and testing skills to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Excellent Communication and Leadership:
  Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and drive AI initiatives from conception to implementation. Experience in mentoring junior engineers and guiding teams.
