SAP Support Analyst

This position is suitable for a highly motivated individual, who has the aspiration to develop long term career in information technology in a prosperous industry.  

Duties :

• Provide support for SAP-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system problems.
• Collaborate with the corporate SAP group to perform monthly release testing and validate system updates.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve SAP issues in a timely manner.
• Document support cases, resolutions, and processes to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their needs and provide clear actionable solutions.
• Assist in training users and creating user guides to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize SAP functionality.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in SAP consulting role, with hands-on experience in SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, or equivalent).
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service, with a focus on user satisfaction and clear communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese to support local and regional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO or CPI) to troubleshoot connectivity issues between SAP and other systems.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on support priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during critical system downtimes or tight testing schedules.
• Attention to details with proactiveness and team spirit
