Sales Supervisor, General Trade

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales target;
• Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
• Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries and coordination;
• Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analysis for management review;
• Develop new sales channels and explore new business opportunities to increase sales revenue;
• Regular on-site store visits in secure brand visibility, product exposure, availability and identify business opportunity;
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement;
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or above in related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years field sales experience in FMCG industry preferably within the scope of Personal Care, Household categories;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results;
• Able to work independently and be a good team player;
• Ability to manage priorities, be organized, and work well under pressure;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
