Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales operations and sales management, with a strong focus on B2C and retail sectors.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Analytical, organized, proactive, and a problem-solving mindset.
