Sales Operation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Actively follow up with clients purchase orders in sales order management, CRM and other internal systems.

• Consolidate data from different sources/formats to produce sales, inventory, and other ad-hoc reports.

• Preparation / verification of different sales order related documents, including but not limited to purchase order, delivery note, invoice, etc.

• Work closely sales team and various internal and external teams, including but not limited to operation, supply chain, logistics, warehouse teams to finish assigned sales and operation tasks.

• Communicate with local authorities to submit relevant forms/documents to meet local regulations.

• Perform other administrative tasks when assigned (e.g. document scanning and filing, courier arrangement, audit support, etc)

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in any discipline

• 3 years or above sales order management preferably in telecom, technology product and/or electrical appliance industry

• Familiar with daily sales operation process including but not limited to purchase orders, sales orders, payment and delivery etc.

• Hands-on experience in sales order management and CRM tools, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc

• Familiar in Microsoft Excel, especially in formulas (e.g. vlookup), filters, conditional formatting and pivot tables.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Self-motivated, sales oriented and independent

• Able to work in remote / home office environment if required

• Able to work in dynamic environment and willing to work overtime if required

• Candidates with less experience will also consider as Assistant Sales Operations Officer, fresh grad with high potentials will be welcomed.
