Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with direct clients and leading digital agencies to drive impactful campaigns
• Proactively identify and secure high-potential business opportunities across Hong Kong and cross-border markets
• Lead roadshows and presentations to showcase cutting-edge digital trends and opportunities
• Develop and sell customized media solutions tailored to client briefs
• Manage the sales pipeline, exceed revenue targets, and position AXIS Media as the preferred partner for reaching global Chinese audiences
• Collaborate with the in-house ad-ops team to ensure flawless campaign execution and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields
• At least 2 years of sales experience in advertising, media, or IT solutions (senior roles available for candidates with more experience)
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills, and a results-driven attitude
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
