Sales Executive (Promotional Premium for Asian Market)

Requirements 
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Preferable 2 years in field of Sales & Marketing
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, patient, self-initiative
• Excellent knowledge in MS office and SharePoint.
• Valuable experience in gift & premium or sundry fields is preferable
• Willing to learn, grow and creative

Responsibilities 
 

You communicate properly with our customers marketing and procurement team for enquiries, ideas and manage the full pre order stage such as:

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.
• Prepare reports and market updates.
• Coordinate communication between different teams (shipping-/ sourcing- and order and financial management teams)
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with our existing & new customers.
• Optional prospect new potential clients
• Perform ad hoc assignments from Director or clients.
• Business Travel to Asia countries and Mainland China
• Visit sourcing fairs
