Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at De’Longhi group. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business development and key accounts management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships and explore the business potential in the market.

 

What’s the role about?  

By reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, the role is to maintain close partnership with key strategic customers and to explore new business opportunities for long-term business growth.

1. Key Account Management:

  • Achieve sales budget for all assigned channels and core categories, measuring, track and analyse key account metrics

  • Sales budgeting and forecasting

  • Develop annual customer business plan to win partnership and maximize our brand business opportunities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, driving and managing daily operational & sales activities.

  • Explore new business development opportunities or initiatives in assigned accounts

  • Execute campaign / NPD launch with aligned timeline and agreed distribution points

  • Develop strong relationship with customer operation teams to ensure strong in-store visibility for our brand and perfect execution excellence

  • Work with Trade Marketing team to develop channel marketing plan and maximize our brand in-store visibility at shop / on shelf / distribution points

  • Conduct regular store visit to ensure / maintain our brand listing and improve dominancy & share of shelf

  • Manage all payments on time by making timely accruals and process all documents within agreed timeline to minimize overdue payment from assigned channels

  • Closely work with Promoter’s team

 

2. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base

  • Implement sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients

 

What we are looking for:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sales

  • Target achievement oriented

  • Strategic and strong customer planning

  • Strong team spirit

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Open-minded to drive innovative ideas

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
