Sales coordinator / Executive

The role

We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our dynamic team at Alfagon Limited in the thriving Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District. As a Sales Coordinator / Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales and purchasing activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and following up with clients
• Provide administrative support to the merchandising team, including data entry, reporting, product artwork coordination and document preparation
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
• Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information
• Continuously seek to improve processes and identify ways to enhance the efficiency of the sales function

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales coordinator or sales executive role, definite advantage with previous experiences in any merchandising sectors
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider team's success
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues before they arise
