Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will support our Sales Representative in serving our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and email promptly and professionally and ensure clear communication.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
• Communicate with our factory to meet customer's needs regarding products and shipping dates.
• Potentially travel overseas with the Sales Representative to meet with customers and strengthen business relationships.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
