职位描述

Duties

  • Provide sales and administration support including handling sales orders, customers inquiries, complaints, delivery and data transaction
  • Follow up sales orders, quotations, purchase orders and other related clerical works
  • Coordinate with internal teams and overseas office to agree upon product specifications, costing and pricing, components order, production schedule, shipment schedule, etc.
  • Prepare regular sales report and other reports required
  • Maintain proper documentation to ensure up-to-date and accurate records
  • Work with other sales coordinators as back up when necessary

    Requirements

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • At least 2-years related working experience
  • Work experience in sales administration, account servicing and merchandising roles is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Japanese proficiency N2/Level 2 of JLPT is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office and computer skills
  • Fast-learner, independent, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Able to handle multi-task and willing to take challenge
  • Immediately available is preferred
