Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to sales team

Assist sales team in pre-sales preparation work

Make warm calls to existing clients on service updates and promotion

Coordinate with clients on after-sales follow-up

Support in filing sales orders and relevant documents
Job Requirements:

Higher diploma or above in any disciplines

Customer-focused with outgoing personality

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsible, pleasant, mature and independent

Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Chinese Word Processing, MS Office)
