Regional IT Manager － ITSD

Responsibilities:

• Manage the global IT support team.
• Oversee IT equipment management, support, and maintenance for global offices.
• Provide technical support for internal OA (Office Automation) software usage.
• Coordinate and communicate cross-departmental IT system integration initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and procure software/services aligned with business needs.
• Oversee IT budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare IT reports and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to legal policies and industry standards.

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of regional IT experience, including 5+ years in team management.
• Proficient in enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, hardware/software) and collaboration tools (e.g., Lark, Microsoft Teams).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 and Intune administration.
• Strong understanding of IT access control and permission management processes.
• Prior experience in multinational IT support environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with leading global IT vendors and service providers.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English; ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
