Responsibilities:

Provide general sales supports including invoices, reports and daily operation

Provide pre-sales and after-sales support via different sales channel

Handle customer enquiries via calls and emails
-
Co-ordinate with internal, warehouse, shop and customers
-
Assist and participate event, exhibition and activities
-
Provide full administrative supports including remaining data update, managing the filing system and clerical support
-
Handle receptionist duties of greeting guest/ candidate, answering/ transferring the phone, mailing order, courier services and provide excellent reception services to the guests
-
Distribute mails and parcels
-
Handle Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· F.5 or DSE above
· Minimum 2 years Customer Service is preferred
· Fluent English and Mandarin
· Proficient in PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook Express
· Cheerful, Well-organized, good initiative and self-motivated.
· Good Interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
· Immediate available is highly preferred.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:40 (5-DAY WORK WEEK)
