Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and monitoring of AI arithmetic and modeling service projects.
• Lead and manage project team members to improve overall team performance.
• Participate in the development and review of technical solutions.
• Maintain close communication with clients to accurately understand their needs.
• Report project progress to clients and resolve client queries and feedback.
• Responsible for project quality assurance and risk control and develop risk response measures.
• Organize to conduct project quality assessment and audit.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Information, Automation, Software Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Preferred certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in delivering and managing medium-to-large-scale government and enterprise information technology projects.
• Experience in projects such as smart city/e-government/SOE digital transformation are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in AI arithmetic and modeling services projects are preferred.
• Familiar with AI technology stack and related tools, such as big data processing and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Initiative to propose innovative solutions is preferred.
• Good project management and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong learning ability, coordination skills and sense of responsibility and execution.
