Program Worker (Shau Kei Wan) (Ref : PWorker / JCCCP)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Social Worker in planning activities and programmes;
• Provide direct support services to service users independently, including regular contacts, recreational groups, and mass programmes;
• Maintain ongoing communication with service users to identify emerging trends and needs, ensuring timely and responsive services that address the concerns ofservice users;
• Prepare and submit up-to-date documentation of work and services, including programme plans and evaluations, financial reports.

Requirements :

• Tertiary education in social work, psychology or social science;
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about youth empowerment and social inclusion;
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Skills in multimedia production (photo/video editing) are an advantage.
