Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design for client proposals (RFPs, RFIs)
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and deliver tailored presentations
- Develop architecture blueprints, proof-of-concepts, and competitive analyses
- Translate technical specs into business benefits for diverse stakeholders
- Mentor junior pre-sales staff and maintain deep product knowledge
Requirements
Mandatory Experience:
≥ 5 years of IT industry experience
≥ 3 years in pre-sales/solution design within the past 10 years
Hands-on background in ≥1 core domain:
- System/Business Analysis
- System Programming/Support
- Database/System Administration
Highly Valued Certifications (Advantage):
